Hi! I’m Lucia—a multi-disciplinary Creative Director, originally from Ireland, currently based in Los Angeles. For 15+ years I’ve worked at the intersection of design, culture, technology, and storytelling.

My most recent role is Executive Creative director at TBWA\Media Arts Lab, leading work for Apple. This included launching the iPhone 17 Pro with Dua Lipa. Establishing a first of its kind partnership with Red Bull. This spot, where we showed the effortless power of Macbook Pro’s M4 chip. Plus a bunch of other fun things for Mac, iPhone and Vision Pro.

Prior to this, I was in house at Squarespace as Creative Director/Head of Design. Led the US studio for innovation company I&CO in Brooklyn. Spent nearly five wonderful years at R/GA NYC. Some highlights: re-launching the Mailchimp brand and customer experience, a year embedded at Google, hacking Airdrop for ESPN, and more.

I’m most passionate about shapeshifting ideas and finding new formats that surprise.

My work has been talked about and shared organically. It’s been copied, it’s been loved and also hated. Thankfully, it does not sit in the middle.

I’ve been awarded at all major award shows: Cannes, One Show, Clios and ADC Awards.
